Zippedi, Inc. (“Zippedi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our corporate website at www.zippedi.com or home.zippedi.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it.

The Site is a marketing and informational website. It does not provide access to Zippedi’s retail-robotics platform, client portals, or customer services, which are governed by our agreements with our customers.

1. Scope

This policy applies only to personal information processed in connection with the Site and the marketing and sales activities it supports. It does not apply to data processed under our commercial agreements with customers, to employee or job applicant data, or to third-party websites and platforms linked from the Site, such as our LinkedIn page.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

  • Contact form: first and last name, business email address, phone number, job title, company name, country, and your message. Submissions are stored on the Site and delivered by email to our sales team.
  • Email: if you email us, your email address and the content of your message.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, language, and device type.
  • Usage data: referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and clickstreams.
  • Security logs: our hosting provider and website firewall record the IP address, requested URL, and headers of each request to detect and block attacks. These logs are kept for 30 days.

3. Cookies and Tracking

3.1 Analytics and security

  • Google Analytics 4, loaded through the Google tag and Google Tag Manager, compiles reports on how visitors use the Site and how our advertising campaigns perform. It does not store full IP addresses. Google processes this data under Google’s privacy policy.
  • Google reCAPTCHA protects the contact form from spam and automated abuse by analyzing device and browser signals. Google’s privacy policy and terms apply.

3.2 First-party ad attribution

The Site may store campaign identifiers from the URL you arrived on (utm parameters, gclid, fbclid, the landing page, and the referring website) in first-party cookies for up to 30 days, so that we know which campaign brought you to us. These values are not shared with advertising platforms.

3.3 Cookies the Site sets

  • _ga, ga(id) (Google Analytics): distinguishes visitors and sessions for aggregated statistics. Analytics. 2 years.
  • zpd_atrib_(name) (Zippedi): remembers the campaign or referrer that brought you to the Site. Marketing attribution. 30 days.
  • _GRECAPTCHA (Google reCAPTCHA): spam and bot protection on the contact form. Security. 6 months.
  • wordpress_(name), wp-settings-(id) (WordPress): set only for Zippedi staff who log in to edit the Site, never for visitors.

3.4 Your choices

  • You can set your browser to refuse all or some cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent.
  • You can block Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • You can ask us to stop processing your data for analytics or marketing at any time at info@zippedi.com.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries, demo requests, and messages.
  • To send newsletters, industry updates, and promotional materials where permitted by law, and to measure our campaigns.
  • To analyze usage, fix technical problems, and improve the Site.
  • To protect the Site and our infrastructure from malicious activity and spam.
  • To comply with applicable laws and lawful requests from authorities, and to protect our legal rights.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that host the Site and our email, protect it from attacks, and provide the analytics, tag management, and spam-protection services described in Section 3. They process data on our behalf and under contract.
  • Our marketing agency, which receives aggregated analytics and campaign metrics, not your contact details.
  • Authorities and advisors, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

6. International Data Transfers

Zippedi is based in California, USA, and its service providers process data in the United States. If you visit the Site from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Latin America, or another region with its own data protection law, your personal information is transferred to and processed in the United States. For transfers from the EEA, UK, and Switzerland we rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Data Retention

  • Inquiries: as long as needed to handle your inquiry and the resulting business relationship, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires longer or you ask us to delete it sooner.
  • Attribution cookies: 30 days.
  • Google Analytics: cookies last up to 2 years; event-level data is kept for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months, after which only aggregated reports remain.
  • Security logs: 30 days.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Wherever you live, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop sending you marketing. Write to info@zippedi.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the time your local law requires, and within 30 days where none is set.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

Zippedi, Inc. is the controller. We process your data on the basis of your consent for analytics and marketing cookies and marketing emails; our legitimate interests in answering your inquiries, keeping the Site secure, and measuring its performance; and legal obligations where they apply. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests, ask for restriction, request portability, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your supervisory authority.

California

In the past 12 months we collected identifiers (name, email, phone), professional information (job title, company), internet activity (IP address, pages viewed, referrer, campaign identifiers), and the content of your messages, from you and your browser, for the purposes in Section 4, and disclosed them to the recipients in Section 5. We do not sell personal information. If our use of Google Analytics to measure advertising is considered “sharing” under California law, you may opt out at info@zippedi.com. You have the rights to know, delete, correct, opt out, and not be discriminated against for exercising them.

Chile

We process your data in accordance with Law No. 19.628 and, from 1 December 2026, Law No. 21.719. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, and portability free of charge at info@zippedi.com, and file a claim with the Personal Data Protection Agency once it is operational.

Brazil

We process your data in accordance with the LGPD. You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, information on the entities we share it with, and withdrawal of consent at info@zippedi.com, and complain to the ANPD.

9. Children

The Site is intended for a business audience and not for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information; if you believe a child has provided it, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections, a web application firewall, access controls, and regular security updates. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Site, our practices, or the law. Material changes are indicated by the Effective Date at the top of this page.
